"Decent place to have yam rice and other Penang style delicacies. The yam portion is quite small to be honest. The hot pepper pork innards soup is surprisingly tasty, it was a good match with the spicy tofu and yam rice we ordered. Another good thing was that they allowed the hot soup to be refilled. The service is a little slower but overall it’s fine. It’s a place I would definitely visit again from time to time"

"Yummy Hokkien food! Good value for money too. Meat given is generous. Three big chucks plus a portion of trotter, braised egg and taupok, a bowl of yam rice and a bowl of soup. The pork tastes a bit porky. A blanc with ginger and spring onions before will do the trick."

"Loved our meal at BM Yam Rice! The Loh Mee and Meehoon were delicious, with good portions and fresh ingredients. The outdoor seating area is lovely, filled with green plants. The staff are friendly, and we were especially impressed by the clean, beautifully decorated Zen-style toilet. It shows their dedication to customer comfort. Highly recommended! Well done, team!"

"A very countryside-style vibe You can tell a lot of thought was put into the decor. It’s also a pet-friendly café, so you can bring your fur kids along for breakfast We ordered: Pork noodles with extra egg Penang Hokkien Mee Kaya Butter Toast Honey Lemon The food was pretty good but the portions were quite big for us, one person couldn’t finish a bowl Would recommend sharing if you’re not a big eater~"

"Place was nearly full, seems popular. Food was good -- tasty and good portions. The stewed pork set was quite worth it. The pork was fat and juicy, the gravy was flavourful. The yam rice was pretty ok, with a nice aroma. Ordered the pork noodle -- the portion was quite generous at a kop tiam price. Loads of fried pork lard.. The Thai spicy taufoo was alright, though it's too sweet for my taste. The kopi C was thick and frothy, just the way I like it. Great vslue, nice chill atmosphere sitting outside, and pet-friendly too. Will be back."

"Come for breakfast, the restaurant is a bit crowded after 10:30am, but still okay, the atmosphere is like a small family enjoying around, so nostalgic. It has many meal selection from rice, noodle,… the outdoor is good and grenny, opposite the Cantara Residence condo. Amazing meal, recall us of the real Chinese breakfast, good, coffee here is also appreciated. The place has a cute tiny dog, can come and play with him/her. But one thing the restaurant may improve that the sever is not always on the call so we need to look for them for ordering and taking payment, but still good btw."

While the space isn't air-conditioned, they have plenty of cooling fans to keep things comfortable while you eat"
